It no longer some ORDINARY hot. Just like sheryl said,
it 's super extremely HOTTTTTTT. What i can do in such a hot day except plan for a swim?
YES.. the public swimming pool which located just the opposite of the mahkota parade is done with it's renovation and now reopen to public. Swim at 5pm might be a little bit early but 7pm session is too crowded. crowded means there will be some hot chick too.. ahem.. But i'm not there for chick. So, i will normally go for 5pm session.*i'm not 100% honest here*

too bad, I only realised that i left my goggle back in my house when almost reach town. *Grrrr* I cant really swim without goggle, it only make my eyes pain.



But still, i paid rm1.50 for entrance. I only manage to swim for 5-10 minute b4 my eyes urgue me to stop. For the rest of the 20-30 minute, just wondering around the pool and relaxing. *yeah*



YEs.. I'm going to swim again today. and I not gonna left my goggle this times. HAHAHA..

What is the best solution for extremely HOT weather *last week*. Tong Sui, of course. So, we went shopping around and decided Loh Hon Goh [罗汉果] and Fan Shu Tong Sui [ 蕃薯糖水] will be real ez to cook. Indeed. Its THAT simple and ez. +++++++ Loh Hon Goh [L.H.G] 罗汉果 1. Of course, a bowl. 2. Loh Hon Goh, 罗汉果 . Because only 2 of us, so we only need one L.H.G. We bought 2, only cost us like rm1++. 3. A pack of Mi Jao，蜜枣. Cost us like rm2+. 4. A pack of dry Longan. RM2.50. * you can have 海底椰 and 雪耳 too* 5. Tear off the 罗汉果. 6. Put everything inside the bowl. one teared apart 罗汉果, half pack of longan, 10 pieces of 蜜枣. and also the last and the most important element-- water. 7. Boil it for an hour. *my kichten is kinda dirty, i know it well* 8.
