A series of bomb attacks on London's transport network has killed more than 30 people and injured about 700 others.

An Islamist website has posted a statement - purportedly from al-Qaeda - claiming it was behind the attacks.

Pathetic, how many ppl will they kill? bomb? kidnapped? Do they have a number? *sigh* Thiose freak will kill everyone who get in their ways. Opss.. iam wrong. They bomb everyone, not just ppl who get in their ways.

I wish there is someone who have the wisdom and knowledge to solve this problem. hmm.. It look like a loop now, an infinity one.

Midterm always pop up suddenly, in fact it just 2 week away. Study had been good so far. I believe i can handle 4 subject a sem. Look like math gonna trouble me again, but learning french is fun.

Last week i had a simple interview for a committee post in cyberpreneurclub. Not a difficult one, one day after, i got informed i got i am the director of IT department. The post sound good but basiclly i'm just a webmaster.

I been sport quite heavily. Playing squash at 6-7pm then rest for 30 minute, off i go for h2o (swimming club) swimming session in town. Of course the swimming session is not free, but really worth. Only need to pay like rm35 and i got to swim every tuesday and thursday whole yrs. *include mmu bus as transpot*

2 heavy sport in one day sure too much for me, ended up i am sick.

11pm++ back form swimming pool.
1130pm i thought its just tired after 2 sport.
1145pm feel the heat ->re qi
1200am start to drink lot water
1230am *sigh* cant help, declared myself sick of fever.
1am drive to 7-11 get a panadol, a 100plus with 2 bread with those coin i had.
2am start to sweat a little bit. feeling much better.

the next day, went for doc. My situation is not that bad til seeing some doc but u c.. my insurance cover for this, and i seldom got the chances to use my insurance card. Hehe..

send a sms to cancel for the squash session that i promise with cousin while had a nap in noon.

anyway, i did went for swimming session just now. Its thursday! My fren anothony join me as he wanted to learn swimming. So, iam not really swim today as i spend 50% of my time in pool coachin him. Anyway, still able to clock my swimming speed. let c is my speed is getting faster and faster.

also, start a new business plan which relate to home access/security system. Anything that relate to it will be interest for me now. Send me some link, or u had done some research on this topic b4, that will be great.

btw, also conducting a survey about voip. again, any research paper on this topic wuold interest me. thank 1st.

been doing some search on kinabalu mountain. Look like not going to there this yrs. The most difficult part of climb is when its raining. i was told that it rain quite lot end of the yrs. So, pending.

Indeed. Its THAT simple and ez. +++++++ Loh Hon Goh [L.H.G] 罗汉果 1. Of course, a bowl. 2. Loh Hon Goh, 罗汉果 . Because only 2 of us, so we only need one L.H.G. We bought 2, only cost us like rm1++. 3. A pack of Mi Jao，蜜枣. Cost us like rm2+. 4. A pack of dry Longan. RM2.50. * you can have 海底椰 and 雪耳 too* 5. Tear off the 罗汉果. 6. Put everything inside the bowl. one teared apart 罗汉果, half pack of longan, 10 pieces of 蜜枣. and also the last and the most important element-- water. 7.
