Ethos, pathos, and logos

Ethos, pathos, and logos are super useful tools, especially if you want to get better at persuasion, writing, or even just understanding how people make arguments. Here’s a simple breakdown: Ethos = Credibility It's about convincing your audience that you are trustworthy or an authority. Example: “I've been a dentist for 20 years — trust me when I say this toothpaste works.” Pathos = Emotion It's about stirring your audience's feelings — fear, joy, anger, sadness — to persuade them. Example: “Imagine the pain your child feels with every cavity because you didn't choose the right toothpaste.” Logos = Logic and Reason It's about using facts, data, or logical arguments. Example: “Clinical studies show that this toothpaste reduces cavities by 60% within six months.” Together, they’re like a full toolkit: Ethos makes people trust you. Pathos makes people feel something. Logos makes people think logically.

A pack of Mi Jao，蜜枣. Cost us like rm2+. 4. A pack of dry Longan. RM2.50. * you can have 海底椰 and 雪耳 too* 5. Tear off the 罗汉果. 6. Put everything inside the bowl. one teared apart 罗汉果, half pack of longan, 10 pieces of 蜜枣. and also the last and the most important element-- water. 7. Boil it for an hour. *my kichten is kinda dirty, i know it well* 8. WAH LAH. there u go. **** by default, no need to add in any sugar as the 蜜枣 are sweet enuf. but u can always control the sweetness by added water and sugar. +++++++++++++++++ 蕃薯糖水 1. Cut all the sweet potato into pieces. Cut those purple and orange into b...
